نتائج العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشدة على مرض الالتهاب الرئوى فى الأطفال

ملخص رسالة الماجستير

هدف الرسالة هو دراسة نتائج العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشدة على مرض الالتهاب الرئوى فى الأطفال أجرى البحث على 30 حالة من مرض الالتهاب الرئوى مقسمين إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة الأولى أجرى لهم علاج بالليزر بالإضافة إلى العلاج بالأدوية والمجموعة الثانية كانت المجموعة الضابطة وقد تم علاجهم بالأدوية فقط وكانت مدة العلاج أسبوعان . بمعدل ست جلسات أسبوعيا وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى معظم المتغيرات التى تم قياسها والبعض الأخر لم تظهر به فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعتين. لذلك يوصى باستخدام العلاج بالليزر فى علاج الأطفال المصابين بالالتهاب الرئوى كعلاج مكمل للعلاج بالأدوية.

تأثير التمرينات الهوائيه على مستوى السكر فى الدم لدى الاطفال مرضى النوع الاول من البوال السكرى

ملخص رسالة الدكتوراه

هدف الرساله هو دراسة تأثير التمرينات الهوائيه على مستوى السكر فى الدم لدى الاطفال مرضى النوع الاول من البوال السكرى . اجرى البحث على 30 طفل من مرضى النوع الاول من البوال السكرى وكانت مدة التمرينات الهوائية ثلاثة اشهر مقسمة الى ثلاث مرات اسبوعياً ومدة الجلسه ثلاثون دقيقة وقد اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائيه فى معظم المتغيرات التى تم قياسها قبل بدء البرنامج وبعد نهايته كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق فى متغير واحد لذلك يوصى باستخدام التمرينات الهوائية كعلاج مكمل لاطفال النوع الاول من البوال السكرى
