As a highly experienced Assistant Lecturer with over 8 years of teaching experience, I am deeply committed to empowering university students to reach their full potential. I have a strong philosophy of teaching that emphasizes student-centered learning and have developed expertise in using a variety of teaching methods to motivate students to excel in their studies. In my previous roles as a demonstrator and Assistant Lecturer, I have successfully designed and implemented innovative curricula, mentored students, and collaborated with colleagues to improve program quality. Additionally, I have been an active participant in university programs and outreach events that promote learning and support the community.
